The call to see 'The Plan' is a trap

The elite in Parliament are still wary of openly stopping Brexit - though they have the parliamentary mussel to do it.

What stop a very few is common decency - no one before the referendum date could have imagined the contorted circles and pontificating that is going on right now. Indeed David Cameron promised to use article 50 the day after the referendum. ( But then he also said he'd stay as PM. )

For by far the larger number of MPs who supported Remain its fear of the electorate that holds them in place. Labour know Theresa May could recall the fixed term parliaments act then call a general election - where many of them would be wiped out for backing the EU against the wishes of their constituents.

So how to get round this ?

There plan is to go long ( all delay is good - as it may stretch things out until some circumstances have changed and they can argue the electorate has changed its mind ).

But they also want to change the subject from Brexit to 'has every negotiating aim been achieved?' - if not surely you need another referendum or perhaps they can pretend the whole thing is invalid.

The EU side will play along and make sure something important is unachievable, knowing that the fifth column in Parliament will work to destroy their nations independence and sovereignty in co-operation.

Everything Labour ask for is only being requested as they think it will be useful to stop the UK regaining its sovereignty and to over turn the will of the British people.

Every time they deny this their disingenuous duplicity is far more obvious than they realise.

The only question remaining is who is Labour selling us out to ?

On top of Jeremy Corbyn's statement that he won't use Trident even if I'm asked to keep it we have the Scottish branch of Labour voting against Trident but for the money to be taken from English working class taxpayers to bribe a few voters on the Clyde anyway.

In this world you either have a capable nuclear weapons system of you beg the protection of someone else - like Ukraine did when they foolishly took the assurances of the UK, US and Russia that in exchange for surrendering its legacy Soviet weapons cache.

Of course as the Ukraine found out not actually having the weapons means you reply in other being willing to trade their cities for your territorial integrity ... which in the final analysis almost no power - including the US - will do. ( This is the point of an independent nuclear deterrent folks. )

Who will we have to beg to protect us once Labour are in power ?

Putin and Russia ?
The EU and France ?
The US ( implied if you stay in NATO )?
Chine ?
India ?
( I assume even Labour aren't insane enough to think North Korea or Iran will do ? )

In the old cold war days when Corbyn was giving hope and encouragement to those trying to kill UK citizens and murder police men and soldiers in North Ireland - the role of the nuclear disarmament brigade was to deliver the KGB objectives, perhaps the betrayal to the IRA was also.

We all knew it - but which of our enemies is Labour trying to sell us out to this time ?

Labour can be in NATO and have Nuclear weopons or surrender with Corbyn and its time to decide

Well that's done it. I don't think the media has fully realise what Jeremy Corbyn has just done - because I haven't heard it from any of the commentators yet.

Here's the thing the UK holds nuclear weapons as a deterrent against Nuclear attack or Nuclear black mail by other states or actors.

That deterrent only works if your enemies think you'll use it.

Its quite clear that if the phone rang and the chief of the defence staff phoned Prime Minister Corby to say a nation had launched a massive nuclear attack against the UK that Mr Corbyn wouldn't authorise a reprisal. ( Or at least the attacker could reasonably expect this ).

That means Trident is useless if Corbuyn is PM - regardless of if you renew it or keep it. The Labour party can pretend otherwise and I'm sure some of the cowardly New Labour types will try to do this.

Also ... NATO is a Nuclear Alliance. France and the United States back every other member with their Nuclear weapons - as currently does the UK. If a Corbyn administration won't use the UK's few where the morality on relying on the US to use theirs and trade US Cities defending UK cities ? Are US Trident submarines more moral than UK ones ?

Clearly Corbyn can't stay in NATO.

There are plenty of people in Labour who said they were committed to NATO and the UK's nuclear deterrent. There is almost no more important policy.

Those people must now either depose Corbyn or leave Labour, and if they want to avoid looking like Claire Short then they don't have much time to decide in.

Labour wipe out

So finally the consequences of Labours plans to fan the flames of nationalism, anti English bigotry, and grievance in Scotland are coming home to roost.

There's an opinion poll this evening that represents near wipe out for labour in Scotland. Indeed not on a scale seen since Labour and the Lib Dems decide to push the Scottish constitutional convention and the sinister and notorious Scottish claim of right to wipe the Tories out.

What goes around seems to come around.

This may be terminal for Labour, or perhaps just Ed Miliband. ( There is a school of thought that thinks the circumstances are being engineered to drop Ed. )

But whatever the truth of the plots and rumours of anyone cares to save the union they are going to need a better plan than the current devolution mess and hope for the best.

And let's not forget thus is the result of Labours willful vandalism if what was once called out nation.

The darkness at the heart of the Labour party

Two bits of news this weekend paint a very disturbing picture of the Labour party and the allied movements that act as its fellow-travellers.

First of all the scandal over Falkirk is deepening, as it becomes obvious that Labour were complict in the subversion of one of its local branches as part of the entryism camapign that took place there. See Dan Hodges.

And there is the scarcely believable behaviour and character of the former chair man of the Coop bank ( Labour's bank to whom they owe a very large amount of money ).

The second case is perhaps the more serrious as its reasonable to expect many more in Labour's heirachy to know about the Coop banks former chairman, and have descided to keep quiet. Is there a secret elvel in the Labour party of people who share this sort of information and are bound together by it ?

"By their fruit you will recognise them"

PS Image if this had been UKIP - you'd have been having to tranquillise Guardian and BBC journalists just to calm them down enough to type.

Don't get me started on the evil of Unite's leverage campaign.

Labour: the flood gates open were opened to win more votes

Why is there a shortage of housing in the South East ?

Why can't our youth get jobs ? (ok the Labour education system has a case to to answer here also.)

The answer to both is Labour opened the floodgates to immigration and they did it to germander future elections.

A bit extreme ? Do I need to put my tin foil hat back on ?

No because we all know this as it was reported in 2010. See here.

So when Red Ed gets out his dog whistle for white working class votes today remember he's just misleading you straight to your face (political lying)  about his past and future intention.

PS Note that the BBC ( in particular Radio 4 Today ) buys it all - doing its usual biased trick of reporting on something that is going to be said, so not allowing comeback from those who have a different take on events.

The very last thing Labour are being is honest on Immigration

There's loads of stuff floating around about #RedEd's attempt to get himself of the hook for mass immigration causing mass pain to Labour's core voters.

As Cranmer points out this really doesn't look very genuine, on reflection.

Rememberer when Brown was told that 90% of new jobs were going to immigrants ? He just ignored the point and called people who raised questions bigots under his breath. ( How common this left wing approach of never engaging in arguments but just shouting down those with a different view is ! It seems to me to be a pathology associated closely with left wing political beliefs. )

We had Hillary Benn on the radio this lunch time trying to give #RedEd credit for starting the debate and calling for honest discussions. He then followed with dishonest assertions straight afterwards on the benefits of immigration that many other have at the very least questioned.

We all know why Labour promoted mass immigration, and its the same reason Labour debased the electoral system allowing mass systemic voter fraud with postal voting. It was to win elections, every time. Its the same reason they bulldozed the anti-English devolution settlement through.

But don't take my word for it read what is reported from a Labour insider of the time,Labour wanted mass immigration to make UK more multicultural, says former adviser. And also here "'Dishonest' Blair and Straw accused over secret plan for multicultural UK".

The only reason little sixth former Ed Miliband is at all sorry is it might stop him becoming Prime Minister. Labour need their feet holding to the fire on this issue - and their utter contemptible hypocrisy made clear to the whole country.

They have lied, and they are lying now. Frankly I don't think you can expect anything else from them on this subject.

Something is going on with Labour's economic truth denial policy

Apparently Ed Balls is almost about to admit that there might have been a tiny little itsy bitsy structural deficit, which could (just technically amongst less generous commentators mind you) have been considered to have happened whilst Labour were in power. ( Apparently its in the New Statesman somewhere ).

So Denial not working for the two Eds so well then ?

My guess is Labour have been stung by the torrent of abuse they have received for supporting the public sector dinosaurs and their rent a thug supporters on #march26.

I bet the private polling is in.

I bet they realise people have seen through their lies and deceit.

So we'll perhaps be getting a new position shortly.

They had better move quickly before Portugal really blows up and the public become even more incredulous of Labour Debt Denial policy.

The lack of interest on the high street

As the Bank of England continues its policy of keeping inflation high, much higher than its official Target, you can't find an interest rate on the high street that will stop your money evaporating.

After all those with assets were always going to end up paying for Labour's debt splurge.

When are Labour going to stop point scoring and notice the dead bodies being stacked up by their best friend Gaddafi ?

Wee Dougie Alexander (WDA) is doing his best to save his job, after that disastrous Newsnight interview where he was defending Labour's choice of releasing the Locklerbie mass murder and cosying up to the Mad Dog of the Desert. ( I guess Ed Miliband can hardly criticise given his own personal close links via the LSE. )

So there's must crowing by Labour spin doctors and WDA.

In the mean time the tools of industrial killing are being turned on the people who wanted to free themselves in Libya, who are reported to be hiding behind human shields of the local population just for good measure.

What does WDA do ? Attack Britain's reputation and try to make a mistake on setting up communications with the rebels into a party political point to help his career and those of his grubby terrorist appeasing buddies.

Labour should just shut up. They have soiled themselves and the country's honour with their appeasement of Gaddafi, betrayal of Yvonne Fletcher and the people of that PanAm flight and Lockerbie, whilst hiding their own close links.

And now that something must be done Labour destruction of the UK economy with its burnt earth debt policy, created solely to get itself re-elected, has reduced the options that can be offered.

Other people are now making the decisions and WDA should get out of the way and go back under the rock from which he crawled out from under.

Gaddafi is haunting Labour

In the last few hours an ex Libyan minister has told a Swedish newspaper that Gaddafi ordered the Lockerbie bombing.

We know they shot WPC Yvonne Feltcher.

We know they gave the IRA the deadly Semtex and other heavy weapons.

And we know that Labour made it their business to forgive them, and do business with their Colonel.

Blair, Brown, Mandelson and even others all made sucking up to Gaddafi a top priority. Getting the convicted mass murder out early was the least they could do.

But Labour are now just a little embarrassed so wee "disaster area" Dougie Alexander after the fiasco of his Newsnight interview is trying to save his possible future highly paid public office by snipping on charter aircraft and evacuations.

I'm glad this is causing Labour so much pain - but its not nearly enough in my view.

The UK MSM is catching up: "Libya's Gaddafi DID personally order Lockerbie bombing and I have PROOF, claims former Justice minister" Daily Mail

Salaries many of us could only dream of for political non-jobs

At last the government is taking the fight to the, mostly, left wing parasites in local government.

Like Communist party officials with their Dacha's and special shops local government officials have been replicating non-jobs for over paid left wing Guardian readers at a frightening rate.

Now when we are forced to make cuts by the monumental and immoral stupidity of the last Labour government they would rather rob the poor and disadvantaged of their services than cut back on their fat cat life styles.

This is true "left wing" politics in this country - see Liverpool, Manchester and Camden councils for obvious examples.

At last this message has moved beyond the fantastic Tax Payer's Alliance to the mainstream media. See this article in today's Telegraph. Or purchase last week Spectator.

Update: And it appears those sanctimonious hypocrites the LFib Dems have the biggest Fat Cat kept by one of their councils. Remember that the next time a leaflet from - say Woking Lib Dems - drops through your door.

The movement for change

When I first heard that title I assumed it had to be a joke. It was lame and vague - but in a sinister sort of way.

Well apparently they're serious and infiltrating the Labour party encourage by David Miliband.

Its about a weird as the Simpson's equivalent below:

Now I wonder if they're linked to Common Purpose ?

I shouldn't laugh as they seem to support the Big Society and get a mention in Conservative literature also apparently.

Don't forget Obama used to be a "community organiser".

All I can say is they make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up - there's something desperately wrong here...

Its Labour's selfish hypocrisy that's the enemy of poor students getting to University

At last the Coalition has started fighting back at the muddled thinking and just plain ignorance of much of the "make taxpayers - including poor people who never went to Uni" pay instead of the future middle class.

There is a spectacularly good offer for financing University education with no risk and nothing to pay unless you succeed.

So the future careerist left wing hypocrites are left with just one self for filling and self serving argument. "The idea of debt will put off poor students" - well it might when you say it like that without explaining all the safeguards and no win no pay parts of the government loans offer. In fact its the left who are putting poor students off by wilfully misinforming them and running scaremongering schemes. But then what's new - the left's relationship with poverty has long been that of a drug pusher with his clients.

Now its true that anyone who aspires to go to University should be able to see through the naked political manipulation of the NUS and Labour cases - after all why do we want stupid people at Uni. ( And by the way weren't many of those interviewed over the last few weeks depressing for the shear scale of their ignorance. )

But we should all be supporting fair opportunities to succeed for all - like the Coalition is doing.

Lets also remember, if by some awful disaster, Gordon Brown had carried on as PM they would have been implementing the Browne review instead, and all the selfish careerist student politicians who hope to be Labour parasite MPs one day would have played their opposition down as it impact their future snouts in the trough of what we now call politics.

Vacant RedEd spots a bandwagon to jump on

Lets remember that Labour introduced tuition fees ( and they were always going to go up, the initial level was the level they thought they could get away with ).

Now feckless #RedEd has spotted a bandwagon to take his blank piece of paper on to try a shamelessly grovel for votes from naive middle class teenagers and students.

But even the feckless RedEd can't avoid the fact that Labour destroyed the country's finances and "there's no money left". So RedEd, when he's not actively considering perhaps saying something, maybe to the students, admits there would have to be something like a graduate tax.

Frankly there would be virtually no difference.

The questions are will RedEd get the jumping on bandwagon flack any Tory would get in these circumstances ? And will any one point out the plank in Labour's own eye on this ?

And anyway isn't it time someone told the children that things have to be paid for, and by the way the grown ups have taken out a stupendous loan in their name which they will have to pay back for the national debt that will make tuition fees look like a picnic !

In the National Interest

And as if the reinforce the point Ireland has just had its credit rating downgraded by Fitch. Frankly I think we should consider putting Labour minister on trial for the mess they caused for their personal selfish interests.

The changing terms of the debate now Labour have been defeated

Two key areas of the political debate look like they are on the move not that Labour have been removed from office - at last !

1) Debt.
Its no longer "the credit crisis" or the BBC approved Labour not at fault "downturn". The attempt by the left to say its "all the banks fault" is ongoing. But there is a realisation that Debt is the problem and that we in the west have been using it to steal from our children for at least the last decade.

Take a look at the articles in this weeks Economist that has a special report on debt ( private and public ).

A long time ago I called this as a debt crisis, but the left wing media has been desperate to stop that happening as they know where this will lead - to a change in the default ever increasing state controlled spending.

Now we have all much of the developed world taking the Conservatives approach ( you remember the one Gordon Brown used to ridicule us about at the dispatch box as being only followed by the Tories in the whole wide world ). Even the Lib Dems have finally understood the situation ( or at least those Lib Dems who have seen the books ).

2) Afghanistan.
Again this blog has been highly sceptical about the ongoing military activity in Afghanistan and more recently has come out against it. The move into Helmand was shown to be anything but the bloodless policing operation Labour sold to us.

Questions about the war have been
asked for a long time. I can remember reading an Economist article about the impact of foreign military presence on the Pashtun population at least 4 years ago ( found it here - economist subscription required I'm afraid ). But its been too much trouble for the Labour to admit its potential errors, especially with the sunken cost of blood and treasure. Instead they have tried to hide behind the uniform with things like "Armed forces day" to make it hard to criticise the deployment.

The armed forces have issues warning about almost eternal deployments that its quite clear would never be politically viable - but our then Labour masters didn't want to deal with the short term consequences of admitting this. ( Easier to just let the cortèges drive through Wotten Basset every day. )

But again many Conservative leaning commentators are now questioning the war ( and calling it a war ), including the interesting character of the new MP Rory Stewart.

The current Conservative govt appears to be preparing the ground for a withdrawal, or at least a withdrawal of most of our military. The UK military and diplomatic commitment to Afghanistan has the momentum of a super tanker, but the signs are that the order to change course has been given and the rudder is now over, even if it will take time to see the results.

Both these issues are major departures from Labour's policy and key issues for our country. And these change in the balance of the debates are very much welcomed by this blogger.

Labour's strategy

Despite the chaotic nature of Her Majesty's loyal opposition right now a clear strategy seems to be emerging and its this:

Get the Lib Dems.

Alistair Darling called them flaky and thoughts they unlikely to be be able to hold together in the coalition with the cuts that have to be implemented. ( Many of which he should have announced before the election it should be remembered ).

Various other Labour party talking heads target the Lib Dems specifically.

They know it won't work in the short term - the Lib Dem leadership has committed too much political capital to the current coalition project and needs the voting reform referendum and other policy objectives as pay back - but the party is another matter.

In much of the country the Lib Dem's is a left wing party for the middle classes, and those people were banking on never having to balance the books or face up to reality ( that's why they joined the Lib Dems in the first place ).

They are now being wound up by Labour waiting for the time when they can find an honourable excuse to stab their leadership in the back.

And whose to say this won't pay off ?

PS You can tell this is official Labour party strategy by the agenda set by the BBC on their current news programs - which almost always asks the questions Labour want it too and has very very many close personal links with the Labour party.

Token Harriet's plan for oppression and mediocrity

So here we start to see Harriet "I'm a token woman" Harman's keeping out of the Labour leadership contest.

She wants to be King maker ( or is it Queen maker - perhaps its should be Eunuch maker given her current plans ).

Harriet wants he plan to oppress people based on the genes made into Labour party policy, and will hope it will become government policy so we will all be oppressed by the law.

The world must be as Harriet insists or else she'll scream and scream and scream till she's sick.

So Harriet says half of Labour shadow cabinet must have a specific genetic make up - regardless of talent and achievements. And Harriet is making plain she can deliver the XX chromosome brigade to back it up - and perhaps chose the next Labour leader.

Will any of the ex-public school / Oxbridge XY candidates feel betraying the freedom of the country is worth while for their personal gain with Harriet the Token's endorsement ? After all we are told gene's are selfish.

Update: The answer to the last question appears to be that little creep Ed Miliband.
