The evil of RedEd cycncism is breath taking

Freeze energy prices for 20 months. Its quite clear the stories about "never had a real job in his privileged socialist prince life" Miliband were on the mark.

Already the price of energy in the UK will be rising as energy companies start the hedge against a Labour victory. Damaging the people Ed Miliband cynically claims to want to help - but in truth they are useful victims of his desperate climb to power.

Already the deep damage of utter morons like Ed Miliband and his time doing damage as Secretary for State for Energy and the magic warmist cult - is making the recover slower and more risky. UK industry is hampered by high energy costs and people are hurt by high energy costs. Labour created this situation when they embraced the cynical green agenda.

There is only one word that cover Ed Miliband deep cynicism and willingness to inflict suffering on people to promote his own very deeply selfish career ambitions and that's evil.

PS Where Labour's commitment to remove VAT from fuel ?

RedEd will fail on his half baked education ideas

More apprenticeships ? Skills for those that need them ? Who could argue against that ? ( Well nobody of course - and each government in its turn tries to do something on these lines ).

Why do they fail ?

Because these schemes are usually half baked and in the pocket of the educational establishment, whose main aim is the detention of 50% of the over 16 population who should be in work, having been taught the basics of who to read and add numbers up in the previous 11 years of full time education.

But then RedEd's policy isn't serious - its just all about cynical manipulation and triangulation. His focus groups will have approved it as most likely to deceive voters.

Labour have *never* understood the world of business. They're legions of state sector employed only / professional political class just see technical things as the stuff the unwashed do.

Its business as usual from the British political class and is most cynical chapter the career Labour politicians.

Signalling market failure

David Cameron is falling into the trap #RedEd has laid for him, ably assisted by that national disgrace as a minister Chris Huhne.

Apparently Energy companies are to be told to ... and here its get vague, but the public are meant to hear the words reduce prices.

What he's saying is the market isn't working - either through collaboration ( legal or not ) and/or due to a failure of competition.

When we all know one of the key factors in increasing electricity prices is the green costs government has bundled onto consumers. ( #RedEd is as guilty as the disgrace Huhne in this department. )

By calling the companies together Cameron gives weight to the argument that their is a conspiracy and that markets don't work.

Its a spectacular home goal born of a lack of self confidence and very very short term thinking. Plus perhaps desperation to hide the cruel costs that mindless green fascism is putting on top of the poorest in this country.

Its a depressing sight.

Blue Labour - another Damascene conversion with no flash of light

Here we go again....

Labour are unpopular. They have a 'structural deficit' in their supporter base and the AV referendum has made it clear to them that this is a problem.

Think of how unpopular and hated (politically - no doubt she's a fine person & a fun to be with ) Harriet Harman is for her progressive agenda.

Well the boys and girls in Labour have a new reality to introduce their flock to - Blue Labour. Turns out the country's conservative after all, and guess what ? So will Labour be.

#RedEd Miliband who only a few weeks ago was giving speeches about the progressive majority in the UK, now thinks the 180degr opposite and its forwarding a pdf file E-Books ( yes that's right- really trendy stuff - shows how hip and with it he is ) on Blue Labour. ( Somehow the University of Middelsex provided financial support for this exercise - which makes the mind boggle at what about word processing requires a University to prostitute itself and corrupt its impartiality that way ? )

But what's missing here is the road to Damascus conversion. You know the point when the leader of the Labour party realises in a flashing burst of light that he's been wrong all along and must now repent and get on with the opposite.

It was missing with Tony Blair and New Labour ( though Blair did at least thoughtfully try to invent a moment when he met Mondeo Man ), none of which explains the CND joining Labour party member who was in the Labour party through its most neolithic headbangingly stupid phase of the 1970's and 1980's.

And its missing for Ed Miliband ( like his loyalty to his brother, the name on his son's birth certificate and his failure to marry the mother of his children ).

The public are again going to be asked to suspend disbelief as we are told that Two legs bad, Four legs good really always excluded Pigs.

Its by the absence of this part of the journey - the convincing conversion - that we know its just Labour doing anything for votes. When they get back in they will carry on with their anti-family, anti-Male, anti-Business, hatred of marriage type policies that their middle class progressive leftie leadership really believe in. But for now they are willing to humour their bigoted woman and any other voters in exchange for a cross on a ballot paper.

Don't be fooled again.

March for pampered privilege and debt denial with Red Ed and the TUC

Here we go. Those sharp minded people at the TUC ( like Bob - tax email to solve the financial crisis - Crow ) have organised the most exciting thing in any leftie's entire life - a protest rally.

They are marching against "cuts".

Of course since trade unions are now almost entirely public sector trade unions what they mean is reductions in the public sector. After all the greatest reduction in manufacturing industry ever in the UK happened under the last Labour govt ( what you don't remember the TUC marches then ? Surely some mistake ! )

The BBC has been doing its eager best to boast interest - running sympathetic pre-event stories etc, after all the freezing of the licence fee impacts them also. ( To get an idea of how over staffed and careless with public money just watch the number of correspondents they send on almost any junket you care to look at - also check out BRMB's offer of running BBC WM at half the price !)

Those of us who live in the productive sector - whose pensions have been drained by Gordon Brown's stealth and then slashed by Brown's mates in Banking, if you didn't lose your job - know all about cuts.

As do those pensioners who see their savings (which they paid tax on #UKUncut parasites take note ) sucked dry by negative real interest rates and the need to live of their capital.

But the privilege and gold plated land of the public sector suffered not a bit. Now they are being asked to join the rest of us in reality, and their reaction and that of the low life Labour councillors who slash vital services whilst keeping high paid council junkets and political projects to feather their own nests with.

In short the march today is all about selfish people being selfish.

No one should be taken in by them.
