Not a clever Trevor

Trevor Phillips is try to suggest that Parliament needs people who fit into the categories he arbitrary announces are important. ( That's the same as racism to you and me. ) For some reason his categorisations are more important than any I might come up with, or anyone else for that matter.

There are already a number of MPs who owe their position to the tokenism they represent. They are tolerated solely because of the group they belong to.

This is how the "Diversity" ploy works. You assign certain categories and then use the new state religion of "Diversity" to insist that client groups certain individuals have to be employed/elected. ( Never mind that they will share very similar backgrounds with those making the arbitrary decisions ). These people will owe their positions to their identity as a token, not their ability and hence they will defend the gravy train of "Diversity". In the mean time we will get more place people, less independence and no choice whom we elect.

Only those in charge will find it easier to give the appearance of democracy, rather than suffer the indignity of having their wisdom questioned by capable people.

So its no clever at all is it Trevor. By the way are you a token equality quangocrat or one who got the post on merit ?

There is another disturbing example of the Labour inspired persecution of Christians, this time of a little girl and her mother at a Devon primary school.

In short a little five year old girl was overheard by a teacher discussing heaven and God with a friend and had been pulled to one side and told off by her "supporting equality and diversity" teacher. This lead to her being in tears when picked up by her mother after school.

Her mother also happens to work at the school, and sent a private email in her own time and from home to some fellow church members that the school has got hold of and is now under the threat of dismissal ( see the Daily Telegraph here for full details ).

Remember the Stasi Labour government has just set up the General Teaching Council that is busy trying to prevent teachers discussing their beliefs and to promote the state religion of "equality and diversity".

At the time that Labour is falling over itself to give in to threats of violence by militant Islam, it is setting the state on Christians.

Perhaps the Church of England's synod should have been discussing if any of its clergy should be allowed to be members of the Labour party ?

The Ratchet [1] Diversity

Now that multi-culturalism is a busted flush for the left and race relations industry, they have a new ploy. Diversity.

You can have a lack of respect for Diversity and fail to support Diversity and lose your job. Say the wrong thing in a supposed private conversation and you can be fired. ( It has become the new blasphemy to say anything that the religion of diversity deems correct - this week ).

Diversity means that moral practices you may not be happy about will be promoted to your children as young as 5, soon without your consent. Indeed fail to support Diversity and you may never see your children ( or Grand children ) again. You certainly won't be allowed to adopt or foster children if you refuse the new state religion ( unless you're a Muslim because Diversity works for Muslims, but not Christians - for reasons that are all about marginal constituencies and voting intentions ).

Secretive organisations (you know who I mean) try to promote diversity, as a mechanism to hide the distortions they create and create clientism to their particular political view point.

Diversity allows those who control power to over ride things like democratic choice ( see the 'A' list in the Conservative party and others ). Diversity means you can't chose who you want as your candidate for an election, those priests and priestesses of Diversity must choose for you.

Diversity, as a campaign issue, has become the enemy of democracy.

Diversity demands the sacrifice of culture, fairness, opportunity for all, religious belief, and freedom.

The last movement to demand those things was Communism. Oddly the same sorts of people support both.

Cheating for "Diversity"

One of the more annoying words of 2008 which is threatening to become even worse in 2009 is "Diversity".

You might think you know what this means or look it up in a dictionary, but you'd be wrong.

You need to go on the course, aspire to it, demand it, become an "Investor in Diversity".

Diversity is the next technique for the ratchet of socialism and its crusade against freedom and personal expression.

Only this week we learned of an old folks home having its funding withdrawn as its residents won't declare their sexuality and fill in the council's diversity questionnaire.

Last week I heard that it is common practice in some councils for contracts to be awarded not to the best bid, but to those who met the "Diversity" criteria.

So let me add this story I heard over Christmas on the subject relating to a major public sector employer:

A recruitment event had been arranged which presented the employer, however at the end the presenters said they were not recruiting this year. A shame thought the young woman who went along quite keen, along presumably with the larger number of men, on this career.

But then after the even she, and a few others were ushered to one side and given application forms as they met the "diversity" requirements of that organisation.

And which public sector organisation under took such dishonesty ?

Why you've guessed it the already politicised Police of course.

Diversity is a ratchet issue - one of the ideas that those on the side a freedom, fairness and honesty should consider is how we are going to file the teeth of that ratchet are reclaim our country.
