If it were done when 'tis done, then 'twere well It were done quickly

Its starting to look like Labour can't even organise a coup against the worse Prime Minister in living memory who is leading his party to defeat and the country to disaster.

For the good of the country - get rid of him !

Update: Fast developing Coup attempt after 10pm tonight. Looks like a concerted plot is being executed.

Further: That now looks to optimistic. This is looking like the assassination plot against you know who where everyone failed to press their advantage and get hung up on piano wire.

Gordon will be conceding to his opponents that a new committee is needed urgently to look at the issue of whether Labour needs a new leader. It will report in June next year.

Sorry Sir - I can't get the first draft out until 2012 - will that do?

How many days? 5-4-3-2-1?

I'm just beginning to wonder if Labour can do what they need to do.

Could Brown emerge from the chipmunks Stauffenberg attack with only minor injuries ?

Given the Labour Star Chamber enquiry gathering enough incriminating evidence on MPs to keep a normal whip happy for a decade you have to wonder.

And another one has gone.

Will he have enough people with sufficient experience to head the various departments?

@Mrs R - there will always be Labour people willing to take a second job in return for more money.

I have the feeling this rebellion is uncoordinated and the Brown political machine is going to bully and crush its opponents in Labour.

They haven't got the bottle to rid us of him, best he stays until the next election now.
