What is the DFID really up to ?

Conservative home has a speech by David Davies ( the Welsh one ) about DFID made in parliament. Its fine stuff and David Davis (the other one) looks like he'll go far.

Surely its time to question Labour's vanity projects in India and the like !

To the left is a fine example of what India has money left to burn on.
