Desperation

Here come the U-Turns as the Conservative leadership throw a few policies to the pursuing pack of wolves, in the hope of saving themselves.

  1. The Pasty Tax gets reversed. ( Implemented in advance of EU requirements to reduce the heat on the EU ).
  2. The Caravan tax gets reduced to 5% - still above stamp duty - but the toxic Toffs don't understand because they've never staid in one accusation gets deflected a little.
At the same time we learn that the EU wants to make diversity clients of every woman on a board - so Cameron's attempt to reduce hostility against the EU by suggesting the idea early is exposed for what it is.

All in all its a sorry tale.
