Brown intervenes to make sure its English not Scottish jobs that are lost

Apparently Gordon Brown has interviewed in the takeover of HBOS by Llyods TSB to make sure that jobs and a head quarters are kept in Scotland.

This will mean equivalent jobs in England and London being lost due to direct favouritism by the 'British' Prime minister.

This is what happens when England has no voice - her interests get sold out by the likes of Brown and Darling.

Mind you - who can forget BPs promise to keep the BritOil offices in Galsgow ?

PS I'm saddened to see Bank of Scotland go like this. I lived in Edinburgh for a number of years and in many ways its influence used to be bigger than RBS. However this is how things go - the English didn't ask for special pleading when Nat West was taken over by RBS.

Quite simple - Brown has no mandate in England and by trying to assist in the EU breakup of it is, by any definition, a traitor.
