Death is too good for them if they are convicted

The US is going to try a number of people for involvement in 9/11.

However I think they are making a great mistake to push for the death penalty - if they are shown to be guilty. That's what such people want, to become martyrs. Given the excellent high security prisons the US has I think prison without hope of parole or any visitors is the ideal punishment.

It might also give them time to repent and seek salvation from Christ before their day of final judgement.

Apparently these trials will be taking place in the Autumn. Anything to do with helping the Republican party keep the White House on a wave of 9/11 fear-mongering? Hmm...
