The no escape crash scenario - thanks to Gordon

As Gordon Brown makes announcements about the English NHS, which won't affect his constituents, and as he appoints another Scotsman to the corridors of power - hiring Stephen Carter as a new spin merchant and chief of staff type character, there is something more serrious going on.

The world economy is beginning to unravel. Not just the US, though that is bad enough, but Asia too. The UK had all its room for manoeuvre used up by Gordon Brown's campaign to be made himself prime minister by fire hosing cash around the public sector in he good times he inherited from Ken Clarke. Now we can drop interest rates, in which case inflation will destroy us, or we can hold a watch our economy have a cardiac arrest ( do you think Gordon should have health screened the economy when he was running it ? ). The government is vastly over spent and panicking.

Read the following article by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard in the Daily Telegraph. It describes the storm formation that's arriving here very shortly.
