Man in a Shed: When will we be informed if our data has been put at risk ?

The government must now write to every individual who its loss of their confidential data has put them at risk of fraud to:

1) Warn them of the risk.
2) Apologise.
3) Allow for prosecution by individuals under the data protection act.
4) Allow them to have new NI insurance numbers.
