Postal votes + postal strike = no votes for some in an election ?

Just wondering how this works out. What if the postal system is not functioning during a general election, will it still be fair ? Would it be called of ?

There are some very high postal voting figures in some areas. Remember the antics of Labour in Leeds recently.

Strange this hasn't made the list of excuses for Gordon to bottle it yet.....
