Has anyone seen Brown's sugars ?

Around the time that Gordon Brown grabbed supreme executive power I seem to remember reading a review of Gordon Brown's career. In it mention was made of his campaign to be Rector of Edinburgh University, and mention was made of a group of women ( Brown's sugars) who went around campaigning for him.

I seem to remember a picture on the BBC's site - but its gone now. Oddly there is no sign of it on the internet now.

Anyone know what happened ? Is this a case of someone cleaning up Gordon's record, even the BBC self censuring - as if ? Or do I need the coming holiday more than I thought ....

I know what you mean. When I heard about the latest F & M outbreak, my first thought was not 'how terrible' - but 'I bet that was staged for Brown's benefit'....

Brown was on holiday - in Dorset (over the last God knows how many years he has holidayed in the USA, Cape Cod and surrounding area)and so was only a few miles from London - and thus show the country what a hands on kinda guy he is..

He had only been gone a day before he was back manning HMS Cobra - thereby showing that unlike Blair, Brown will leave his Missus, his kids and his half eaten dinner to get back to London and save the whole country from pestilence....

And now it has come out that the outbreak can be sourced from a government animal diseases site....

Very sus....
