How much does a full page advert in the Economist cost ?

Because if your a UK tax payer you just bought one to say this ( click on it to get the full size, but be prepared top weep ):This is where you tax payer's money goes.

There's plenty of scope for cuts lads and lasses.

....and have you noticed that none of them (apart from one guy at BAe) has a "proper job"?

The EU really only understands how to suck on the public teat. Real wealth generation, job creation, growth and prosperity are beyond them all. If it doesnt come out of the public purse they don't seem able to recognise it.

Their accounts show that they merrily burned their way through £79 million of taxpayers' finest in their first year.

I was trying to calculate the cost of all this lot and how it might impact on the ordinary taxpayer. But I ran out of noughts.

Oh aye, plenty of scope for cuts, starting with the public sector ads in the Guardian (which we pay for) which are all online anyway (which we pay for).

Cheerio Guardian - what a shame you got so shit that you had to rely on a taxpayers' subsidy.
