A true martyr
Occasionally I spend a little time reflecting on my life (aka mid life crisis) and what it has amounted to. The murder of Gayle Williams for being a Christian and attempting to show God's love to disabled people in Afghanistan shows some perspective.
As a Christian I believe she'll be raised back to life, but I'm sure her lose for now will be felt very keenly by her family and friends.
The people who carried out this murder need to confess their crime and accept the forgiveness offered by Christ or else face terrible judgement for it. ( It is quite clear from their actions that they do not believe in a powerful god themselves, but one who needs fear and the threat of murder to protect it.)
