Your caring sharing (Tory!) Co-op !

Just read this article on the BBC site, it talks about Conservative plans to form co-ops for running schools and presumably other public services. Its a bold move and one that should make the pro state socialists, to whom co-ops are part of their history, sit up and take note.

Is Robert Owen turning is his grave - or would he have gone along with the Conservatives just as he did to try and abolish child labour ?
