Luggage taking its time for BA at Heathrow

When the family came back from Scotland on BA through Heathrow it took 45 mins to get the luggage to the carousel. That's far worse than normal performance - and nearly as lone as the flight itself.

Perhaps its related to the impending dispute between the unions and BA over pensions ? If it is then those responsible are as guilty as someone who steals from a companies stores. I hope it was just a bad day.

However, thanks to NuLabour legislation Unions have far less to fear from irresponsible actions such as strikes (they can't be replaced with temporary labour for example). Yes - eventually if you do it too often the company goes out of business - but since the company is mostly owned by pension funds what does this government care ?Takes almost as long as the flight itself !
