Does the BBC censure sensitive news ?
I recently heard the story of children of Christian parents being kidnapped and sold into salvery , to help fund Islamic militants in Pakistan. See also Time Online.
This story has a particular horror about it.
I can't seem to find any reports about it on the BBC. No great surprise there then. Please correct me if I'm wrong here ... Looks like the BBC desciding what news is good for us.

It will be more easy to believe, if it is told that, Christian missionaries were involved behind this child trafficking and pornography. If the missionary saw anybody in this crime, why they bought the children from him for thousands of dollars; not caught him and handed him over to police? This is nothing but a staged drama. British journalists were also staged before a kidnapping drama in Pakistan. They blamed Pakistani Madrasa to kidnap them, but later the 'kidnapped' journalist was found in hotel drinking coffe. By born, British are the liar nation. Prostitution and pornography is the culture of Jews and Christians. It was brought to the Pakistan, India, Bangladesh like Muslim and third world countries by the British imperialist rulers. Now those Christian and British bastards blame the Muslims and Islamic organizations for promoting these crimes. But actually these evil things are practiced by Western and Christian missionaries, not by pious Muslims. Men always see his own face in the mirror. We see, thousands of American Churches are being closed for paying fine for the victim children, who sexually abused by their Christian Bishops. Sexual harassment and abuse on the children is a regular and normal thing in the Christian Churches of Europe and America. British and American civilization is build up on slave trade and slavery. History says, thousands of African and Asian people brought to the Europe and America as a slave. Now they find slavery in Islam! Child pornography, sex business and homosexuality are the part and parcel of western life. How these bastard guys would understand those sacrificed people, who spend millions of rupees for the poor and affected people of every religion and community? A popular organization, which receives millions of voluntary donations from the people, have they needed the money of child trafficking? After the earthquake in Pakistan, Christian missionaries had an opportunity to convert the Muslim people into Christianity. But Jamatud Dawa's relief effort spoils their ambition. So, now they want to take revenge on Jamat. Child traffickers and prostitute brokers were also active to exploit the situation of earthquake. But they did not achieve the expected success in their business for the relief activity of Jamatud Dawa. For this, Christian missionaries and social criminals are now became united to jointly punish Jamatud Dawa. If the missionaries have no relation with the traffickers; how they able to make contact with them? Why they did not take any police or intelligence official along with them during the contact and negotiation? Christian Missionaries have confessed that, they expend money to buy children. Perhaps they sold them in higher price, not returned them to the parents. Or it is also possible that, Christian missionaries routinely involve in child trafficking, but when they mistakenly traffic some Christian children, then they return them. In Muslim countries, we should monitor the activity of Christian missionaries, if they involve child and woman trafficking. Now there is no doubt that, Christian missionaries and child and women traffickers has formed an unholy alliance to prevent a voluntary Islamic organization. If the traffickers even stay near the JUD office, Jamatud Dawa has no chance to know about them, because they have no mental relation with them. On other hand, Christian missionaries have the chance to contact with them, even they stay far from them, because they have mental relation and indifferent goal. It is the law of nature. Child abuse and child hostage is the weapon of Christian crusaders and western powers. Who savagely kill the Iraqi children by cluster bombs? Who kill one million Iraqi children by UN embargo? Who cut the belly of Muslim pregnant mothers and make the children pieces in Bosnia? Who burnt to death the Bosnian Muslim children? Child abuse, child killing, child trafficking, child pornography all are part of Christianity. Perhaps these all are permitted in Christian religion. But Islam does not permit to insult a single child in any cause. According to Islamic view, children are innocent in all religion and community. So, the faithful Muslims always respect the children. Kidnap or beating any child is out of imagine for them. On other hand, Christian, Jews and Hindus have failed to show minimum respect to children's life. Because, their God permit every evil things by the name of religion. Bush's Iraq and Afghanistan aggression by the order of God was a real example. But our God never permit any evil things at all. Western media now mention that, "Hafez Muhamed Sayeed, the leader of JUD, was accused of inciting riots during the Danish cartoon crisis". It means that, they want to take revenge for Jamatud Dawa's role about resisting blasphemous cartoon. Western media demand that, "Today, the Sunday Times has news which should lead to the Jamat-ud Dawah being banned." (Western Resistance) It means that, this drama has been staged in order to make an issue to ban Jamat ud Dawa. Some western media also regret that, "Most media organizations throughout the world, including in the US, have failed to adequately cover this story. Media critics believe there is little interest by reporters because the victims happen to be Christians. One intelligence expert claims that had this been a case of Christians mistreating Muslims, the story would be plastered on the frontpages of the New York Times, Washington Post and USA Today." (Hawaii Reporter) But actually if those media found any reality in this story, they would never hesitate to publicize it with full coverage. But as they not do so, it proved the story baseless. Because, prominent media do not want to be subject of laughery and lost their believeness by publishing a bogus story.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. My point was primarily aimed at self censorship by the BBC. However, you have returned to the story which you find hard to believe. Perhaps thats a point you might like to reflect on that you find something inconcievable - that it just can't be true.
Personally I think the story is most likely true. On the story on Biritsh journalists having a staged kidnaping - I've never heard that story - so do you have a reference for it ? (If you do then blogging is a great medium to bypass the main stream media and get your case across.)
Be careful brother - whilst righeous anger has its place it can easily lead to sin. You make a number of generalisations and statements that insult people, and that means that the substance of your point will be lost on most readers.
By the way I refute much of what you say in general about prostitution and pornogrpahy. Also about the statements on missionaries.
Of course there are always examples of bad behaviour - if you believe they never happen in your religion then you must just filter out the news you hear in the world. You say that eveil things are not practiced by pious Muslims - I would say the same is true of most practicing Chritains. ( We presumabley each know the groups of people in our own relgions well.)
