Berlusconi jokes about war with France

According to Reuters Berlusconi has been joking about War with France and giving Jacques Chiraque a sholder massage during a EU meeting.

I don't know if Mr Berlusconi is a rougue or not, but you've got to admire his style. Here's a man who understands jesture politics !
