And now for England

Today Lord Baker puts forward a motion in the house of Lords to allow for English votes on English matters. Labour ( and especially Gordon Brown ) are running scared here.

Their plan to carve England into regions failed - along with much else Prescott has been in charge of.

My predictions are as follows:

There will not be a Conservative Gov.t in Wales or Scotland in the next 25 years.
There will not be a majority Labour Gov.t in England in the next 10-15 years - if an English parliament is created.

This is not a trade Celtic MPs will make - but what about you Mr Cameron ?
